Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:
Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label and further instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@partysupplieshub.in so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned, such as:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure about an item, feel free to reach out to us.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the quickest way is to return your item and then place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, it might take a bit longer for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
